So this was made in Reason? Somehow, I was able to get a copy, but I rarely use it. After listening to this, I think I should. The sidechaining is epic, I wouldn't change it at all. The Stabby chords are great. I like just about everything about this song. So simple, yet so complex. 10/10 5/5.

I think the gated saw goes well with the song. The piano is deep and epic, but I would change the epic piano into an epic string for some parts and have them play together. But overall the song is very nice and well made.

Was it supposed to sound detuned? Not really my thing. All that 3xOsc burns my ears! Well, not really. Just that you only used presets does.

But It magically sounds usable for Platform Racing. If you've ever played that game, you understand why.

Also, I can't really make good sounds from Non-Presets.
I make very suckish noises.

It does sound very much like Zero Gravity. And who made that song? ParagonX9?! He's very iconic here at newgrounds so i wouldn't see why it wouldn't inspire other audio peoples. And it's not just because of the same drumloop. But anyways, It's a nice DnB track with nice sounds.

Did you have to use midi sounds? Even if you wanted it "retro" there's other alternatives than that cheap roland soundset. (assuming you use FL Studio) personally, I'd even just use 3xOsc, if you know how to use it well. or simsynth. only for "retro" sounds.

anyway, i'd say that's a decent cover of What is Love, though, It's not as complex as you might think. F-Zero Big Blue is one example of a more complex theme I remixed. I needed a midi for reference. Check it if you want.

what kind of guitar are you using? real or softsynth? i mean, its fantastic. at first i wanted to say it was Sytrus, but i don't think so. Also, the orchestrals are awesome, i need some of those. =)
